ICF Apprentice Merit List 2025, ICF Apprentice Cut Off is a provisional selection list released by the Integral Coach Factory.

Date of ICF Merit List: October 3, 2025

Content: It is a provisional selection list for 197 candidates selected against the Ex-ITI quota in the following trades:

  • Electrician (93 candidates)
  • Fitter (74 candidates)
  • Machinist (3 candidates)
  • Welder (26 candidates)
  • PASAA (1 candidate)

ICF Apprentice Merit List 2025: The Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, located at Chennai-600038 , is inviting online applications for the engagement of Act Apprentices for imparting training under the Apprentices Act-1961. This notification is solely for providing apprenticeship training and is not for employment. The training will be in designated trades.

The apprenticeship slots are available in the following trades for both Freshers and Ex-ITI categories:

  • MLT-Radiology (Medical Lab Technician)
  • MLT-Pathology (Medical Lab Technician)
  • PASAA (Programming and System Administration Assistant)

The age of the candidate will be reckoned as on 11/08/2025

Candidates with qualifications higher than 10th/Matric/SSLC (like Degree/Diploma, Engineering Degree) are not eligible to apply, except for MLT where the qualification is 12th/HSC.

ICF Apprentice Merit List 2025 Selection Process

Merit List

The merit list will be primarily based on the marks obtained in Std X.

Allotment of Trade

  • Fresher candidates are allowed to exercise their option for trades. Allotment is based on the order of merit and availability of vacancy. Change of trade request will not be entertained after allotment.
  • Ex-ITI candidates will be trained in the trade in which they possess the ITI certificate.

Document Verification & Medical Examination

How to Apply ICF Apprentice Merit List 2025

  1. APPLY ONLINE only, by visiting the ICF web portal: https://pb.icf.gov.in.
  2. The application window is open from 12/07/2025 to 11/08/2025 till 17:30 Hrs.
  3. Candidates must fill the ONLINE application form correctly after reading the notification thoroughly.
  4. Keep all relevant documents/certificates and an image of a recent passport size photograph (not more than 200 KB) in jpg/jpeg format ready before filling.
  5. After final submission, candidates should take a printout of the system-generated acknowledgement form, which is required at the time of Document Verification.
  6. Candidates are NOT required to send/submit any documents (including the system-generated application form) to ICF through Post/e-mail/FAX/By hand

Application Fee

  • A processing fee of₹100/- + service charges (non-refundable) is to be paid through online mode.
  • No application fee is required for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates.
