RRC SER Kolkata Apprentice Admit Card 2025: Railway Recruitment Cell, South Eastern Railway की तरफ से1785 स्लॉट पर रेलवे अप्रेंट की भर्ती रेलवे रिक्रूटमेंट सेल के द्वारा निकाला गया था | जिसमें लगभग डेढ़ गुना छात्र को डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन के लिए 24 फरवरी 2025 से लेकर 5 मार्च 2025 तक होने वाला है | जिसका कॉल लेटर साउथ ईस्टर्न रेलवे के ऑफिशल वेबसाइट पर बहुत जल्द अपलोड कर दिया जाएगा | जो भी छात्र का मेरिट लिस्ट में नाम आया है वह दिए गए शेड्यूल टाइम में अपना डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन करने के लिए कॉल लेटर अथवा एडमिट कार्ड को RRC की वेबसाइट से डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं|

What SER Apprentice Document Verification?

SER Kolakata Apprentice Documents Verification like an interview where they check if your documents are real and match what you said in your application.

What you need to do if you’re shortlisted:

1. Download your Call Letter/Admit Card: This will be available on the RRC/SER website soon. It tells you the date and time of your Document Verification.
2. Go to the Document Verification with these ORIGINAL documents:
   • Printout of your application form.
   • Proof of your birth date.
   • Your 10th-grade certificate and marksheet.
   • Your ITI (trade school) pass certificate.
   • Caste certificate (if applicable).
   • Disability certificate (if applicable).
   • Ex-serviceman proof (if applicable).
   • One set of self-attested copies of all these documents.
   • Three recent passport-size photos.
   • Medical fitness certificate from a government doctor (Assistant Surgeon or higher).

Important things to remember:

• This call letter is NOT a job offer. It’s just for apprenticeship training.
• The selection is provisional. It can be cancelled if your documents are fake or if you’re not medically fit.
• Venue: Document verification will be held at BNR Auditorium, South Eastern Railway (Head Quarter) Garden Reach, Kolkata-700043.
