- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Maximum 31 years.
- SC / ST: Maximum 33 years.
- PwBD: Relaxation of 10 years over and above the category limit.
- Maximum Age Limit (with all relaxations): 55 years (56 years for PwBD).

How to Fill HAL Operators Online Form 2025
- Registration: Visit the official HAL website and navigate to the careers section.
- Documents: Upload necessary documents including Mark Sheets (ITI/NAC), Experience Certificates (if applicable), and Category certificates.
- Application: Fill in the online form accurately. Note that higher qualifications (Diploma/Degree) than those required will lead to rejection.
