Positions :- Mechanical Maintenance Technicians
Job Location :- Mahad, Maharashtra
Salary :- 3.55 LPA
Qualification :-
- ITI Pass in Fitter OR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 6 Years
Job Description :-
- Familiar with reactor maintenance and assoicated equipment’s such as valves, pumps,scrubbers,heat exchangers,actuators and electropneumatic systems.
- Handle breakdown of equipment like centrifugal blowers, pumps,screw pumps, Gear Box . Alignment of blower and pump is mandatory.
- Belt, bearing replacement. , seal replacement. basic lubrication systems such as Oiling, greasing as per Equpment manufactures specification. Able to identify the Oil and Grease Grade for Proper application.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of agitators, Rotex pneumatic control valve,diaphragm pump.
- Familiar with in maintenance of Screw feeders and powder conveying System.
- Having Experience of Pneumatic System – Like Repairing Of Cylinder’s and Replacement Work.
- Having Experience in Trouble shooting of Hoist / Crane.
