Western Railway Documents Required for Verification (Original and Two Sets of Attested Photocopies):
- Copy of Application
- SSC Mark Sheet
- ITI Mark Sheets (Semester/Year wise and Consolidated) and Certificates (Provisional/Original)
- School Leaving Certificate/Birth Certificate
- Valid Caste Certificate of Government of India (along with Valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for OBC candidates)
- Valid Income and Asset Certificate (EWS Candidates)
- Medical Certificate signed by a Government authorized Doctor (Gaz.) not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon of Central/State Hospital (Attached Medical Format)
- PwBD Certificate (if applicable)
- Five (5) Passport size recent photographs
Western Railway Apprentice Important Instructions:
- Candidates must come prepared with all necessary arrangements as no accommodation or reimbursement will be provided by the Railway.
- The Railway Administration reserves the right to discharge any candidate who has provided wrong information or fake certificates, even after selection and during training.
